The Creative Director will join our programming and strategy team in creating websites and landing pages for paid search campaigns. Essentially, the person in this position will be responsible for making our clients’ websites look clean/professional and convert visitors.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Take a design from concept to deliverable for various industries, including legal, e-commerce, and other industries
- Design websites based off of wireframes
- Work with the rest of the team on any big strategy campaigns for clients
- Ability to handle many design assignments at one time
- Should be able and comfortable interacting with clients and guiding them through the website design process
- Work with strategy and content team to develop educational and resource pages
- Attention to detail
- A personal flare, passion and drive for making sure that every website that is launched for a client is something that you are proud having your name attached to
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in a previous creative design position
- Good leadership skills
- Strong self-driven work ethic
- An understanding of the balance between aesthetics, function and conversion
- A thirst for staying current on the latest industry trends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
