Win a Free Year of Marketing for Your Non-Profit

Happy New Year.  Didn’t it seem like 2013 flew by?  We hope that your organization is positioned for a great year.  In the spirit of ringing in the new year, we have partnered with our friends at Hoopla PR to donate our collective marketing and Public Relations services pro bono to one non-profit organization (or cause) for a year.

So what do you get, why does it matter, and why are we doing this?  Too often, within the budget constraints that many non-profits live their day-to-day, marketing and web presence is the first expense to be put off.  But we know how important it is.  We know that all organizations can benefit from increased exposure and a modern web presence – especially non-profits.  We think that smaller and mid-sized non-profits should have access to the same level of marketing that large organizations have.  That’s where we come in.

To Enter:

Send us a video introducing your organization and explaining what you will accomplish with a free year of marketing.  We’ll accept Youtube or Vimeo posts.  If you don’t have a Youtube or Vimeo channel, we can post it to Youtube for you if you’d like.  We will post the entries on a separate page as they come in and let our visitors vote on which cause deserves a year’s worth of marketing help.

To submit your video, follow these steps:

  1. Upload your video to Youtube, Vimeo, or email it to use directly.
  2. Email us the link at [email protected].

For those of you without a video camera we’re also accepting submissions via email or blog post.  If your organization runs a website write up a blog post (500 words minimum) about why Majux should choose your non-profit and what you’ll accomplish with a free year of marketing.

Once it’s live send us a link!  If you don’t happen to have a website (or can’t update your blog too easily) just email us with your submission.

To submit your blog post, follow these steps:

  1. Upload your blog post to your website or email it to us directly
  2. Email us the link at [email protected].

That’s it!  Easy, right?  There’s only one catch: you have to act fast.  Send your submissions by April 1st, because voting closes one month later on April 30th.


We’re not big on rules.  The only requirement is that your organization must be a U.S. registered 501 c (3), (4), or (23).  The winning organization will be chosen on May 1st. That’s it.
