Business Development & Sales Associate

Majux is currently looking for a Business Development & Sales Associate. The ideal candidate is data-driven, has excellent organizational skills, is able to self-prioritize tasks, & has a demonstrated success of driving growth. Day-to-day duties would include working closely with the rest of our team in sales & strategy campaigns.


  • Generate leads & efficiently stay in contact with current prospects
  • Coordinate & support new business pitches
  • Identify areas for expansion & development
  • Identify & build project strategies tailored to a prospective client’s goals
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships
  • Develop a strategy process for internal promotion, visibility, & service positioning
  • Oversee creative & effective marketing initiatives
  • Develop & support client retention processes
  • Stay informed & up-to-date with industry trends


  • BA or BS from a four-year college or university
  • 3+ years experience in sales, business development, and/or digital marketing
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Outstanding sales skills
  • Experience with legal marketing preferred but not required
  • Must be comfortable working in an open-space, creative environment


Compensation will be commensurate with experience.  The position offers base salary plus competitive life-long commissions as well as benefits.
