Business Development & Sales Associate
Majux is currently looking for a Business Development & Sales Associate. The ideal candidate is data-driven, has excellent organizational skills, is able to self-prioritize tasks, & has a demonstrated success of driving growth. Day-to-day duties would include working closely with the rest of our team in sales & strategy campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads & efficiently stay in contact with current prospects
- Coordinate & support new business pitches
- Identify areas for expansion & development
- Identify & build project strategies tailored to a prospective client’s goals
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships
- Develop a strategy process for internal promotion, visibility, & service positioning
- Oversee creative & effective marketing initiatives
- Develop & support client retention processes
- Stay informed & up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements:
- BA or BS from a four-year college or university
- 3+ years experience in sales, business development, and/or digital marketing
- Agency experience a plus
- Outstanding sales skills
- Experience with legal marketing preferred but not required
- Must be comfortable working in an open-space, creative environment
Compensation:
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. The position offers base salary plus competitive life-long commissions as well as benefits.
